1. The Basic Plan
          a. Bank Reconciliation - we enter all transactions on the computer and reconcile your checking account
          b. Financial Reports -
                     * Profit & Loss Report - we track your monthly gains
                     * Year End Tax Summary - we prepare an itemized report of income and expenses to use in tax preparation
          c. Payroll Reports -  If Payroll Service option is taken (see below), federal and state tax forms will be completed and filed

2. Payroll Service Option
          a. We calculate gross pay
          b. We calculate all withholding taxes
          c. We calculate net pay
          d. We generate computer-printed checks ready for your signature
          e. We provide weekly payroll reports
           f. We calculate federal and state payroll tax withholding deposit amounts
          g. We calculate monthly Workman's Comp. Insurance Premiums

3. The Full Service Plan - performed on a weekly basis, service includes all of the Basic Plan in addition to the following:
          a. Accounts Payable Service
                        * We provide computer checks imprinted with your company's name
                        * We enter all bills into computer
                        * We pay bills as they become due
                        * We provide stamped, addressed envelopes
                        * We provide a weekly Bills Paid Report
             b. Accounts Receivable
                         * We create invoices
                         * We post payments to your account
              c. Computerized Payroll Service
                           * Payroll Service Option (as described above) at no additional fee.

4. Tax Preparation
              a. Preparation of W-2 forms and 1099 forms
              b. Preparation of business and personal Income Taxes
